Major Responsibilities/Activities

  • Responsible for insuring the maintenance and security of all tools assigned to job site
  • Responsible for the accurate completion of all paperwork
  • Responsible for insuring that all work on the site is performed Safely
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment
  • Responsible for maintaining a professional attitude at all times

Qualifications

Must be proficient in one or more of the following (note that the Company may give preference to a candidate with the particular knowledge required for the projects at that time, or require that a candidate has the required knowledge, but all Concrete/Masonry Apprentices and Journeyman may be assigned to perform any function needed at any given time)

  • Bricklaying, Stone Setting
  • Epoxy injection
  • Caulking
  • Pointing
  • Coatings
  • Cleaning
  • Ability to safely and proficiently use of basic hand tools
  • Must have dependable transportation
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Pass Drug Screen (10 Panel)
  • Ability to work and communicate well with Job Foreman, assistants, owners, engineers, inspectors, etc.

Physical Requirements / Essential Functions

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds, and perform possible repetitious activities.
  • Be able to work at heights off of scaffolding or man lifts
  • Must be able to operate numerous electric and air tools.
